Austin Motel brings back Float Film Series Fridays with Texas movies

Austin Motel on South Congress Avenue has brought back their Float Film Series Fridays this summer showcasing 'Big Texas on the Big Screen.'

Every Friday in July and August, the motel will host Float Fridays screenings.

This summer guests can enjoy films featuring the stories of Texas while relaxing in the pool with a cocktail.

Tickets will go on sale two weeks before each show date and cost $25. Pool access will begin at 5 p.m. and the screenings will start at dusk. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. You may also bring in outside pool floats.
